A favorite at Government and Military facilities, Pro-Line's Model TSHD is a Electronic Technician's dream bench and comes complete as shown. Price includes base unit 30" or 36" deep and 60" or 72" long. (Work surface height adjusts from 30" to 36".), modular drawer 6" and 12" with laminate face, personal pad lock drawer with hanging kits, riser 12" deep x 18" high with 6 pre-wired outlets, and a 90º rolled front edge. ESD stations also include ESD work surface and ESD shelf surface and a standard ground kit with two banana jacks. In stock with white surfaces and light blue frames.

Heavy Duty Pedestal Workbenches (Series "PCP") features Heavy Duty Modular Cabinets 18" Wide x 26" Deep.  Drawers feature 95% extension slides with 100 Lb. capacity per drawer. Drawer insides are slotted to accept optional dividers every 1" for optimal organization. Stations shown with 6" high base. Overall height of station with Plastic Laminate or ESD Laminate worksurface is 35.5" set at the lowest point. Overall height with Solid Maple surface is 36" set at the lowest point. Glides allow for 1" of adjustment (Other heights available). When ordering two tone color scheme, please specify desired colors for housings and drawers (available in Power Coat Textured Finish only).

Solid slotted aluminum uprights on Dimension Next Workstations allow work surface or optional accessories to be mounted anywhere along column. Heavy gauge steel frame bolts to top supports adding strength to the work surface and lateral support to the station. 1,000 lbs load capacity! Textured beige powder coat finish with blue accents strips offers a durable finish with superior esthetics. Stations are 82" overall height. Work surfaces and optional accessories adjust independently of each other on double sided stations. Optional modular accessories are easily adjustable, and no tools are required for adjustments.

"The Basics" incorporates Pro-Line's open frame concept: structural steel frames that allow surfaces and modular accessories to mount on either side. This offers strength, ergonomics and a flexible design. Surfaces are adjustable from 30" to 36"' via pull pin adjustment. The Basics is available as a single sided stand alone station or a double sided stand alone station. To help keep cost down, add-on stations are available for both the single sided and double sided stations.

Basics Workstations configured in a "Quad"

Ergo-Line's hand crank vertical adjustability reduces repetitive motion injury and increases productivity. Ergonomists have long recognized that repetitive motion injury (RMI) can be greatly reduced by changing the positions during the work process. ErgoLine allows operators of all sizes and physical characteristics to change work surface height at will. Our optional Work Surface tilting feature is available upon request.

Ergonomists in Government and at the world's largest manufacturers have recognized that repetitive motion injury (RMI) can be greatly reduced and productivity greatly increased by changing the positions during the work process. Pro-Line's MVSII Millennium II allows operators of all sizes and physical characteristics to change work surface height at will. An electric  vertical adjust workstation, the MVSII features a programmable switch which allows an operator to program up to three heights into memory, or use the up/down switch for full 16" of travel. The unit adjusts from 30.5" to 46.5" with 1000 lbs capacity at a travel rate of .5" per second. Sturdy but simple design allows the unit to ship “KD” (knocked down) or assembled. Unit assembles in the field in minutes. Our modular drawer system and other under the surface options can be added in the field.

Pro-Line's EWH 7236 and MWH 7236 are designed for ergonomic assembly of cable and wire harnesses. Both models feature a 72" long x 36" wide platform capable of holding boards from 24" wide x 24" long up to 48" wide x 96" long. Both models incorporate an adjustable front guardrail that captivates boards from .250" to .750" thick. The EWH features a 60 degree electric foot pedal operated tilt with 600 pounds capacity. When the EWH is fully tilted, the front edge of board adjusts from 24.5" to 40.5" high via foot pedal operation. The MWH features a 60 degree, 13 position manual tilt. When the MWH is fully tilted, the front edge of the board adjusts from 24" to 36" via hand crank.

Pro-Line’s new CPB Series Packaging Work Benches are sold complete with all accessories shown (see image on left). Features include full lower shelf with four 18"x18" dividers, full width storage shelf with 4" of clearance, UR72 uprights, bin holder, 6 outlet power supply, paper spool holder, enclosed metal shelf 12” deep with four 4" dividers, corrugated storage shelf with four 12”x18” dividers and a shop light with a T-8 ballast.
