Replacing the popular ST-1 Smart Tweezer, Excelta's new and improved TM-200 IntelliTweeze is an exciting answer to the old problem of testing/troubleshooting SMD components. With the use of only one hand, this lightweight unit will quickly evaluate all types of SMD components. An RCL meter in a set of tweezers, TM-200 IntelliTweeze is designed for component evaluation, on board impedance testing and SMD component sorting.

With automatic recognition of measurement mode (R, L & C), the Excelta TM-200 IntelliTweeze is ideal for identifying surface-mounted devices. TM-200 IntelliTweeze incorporates a built-in direct precision SMD probe designed for Bench top component evaluation, PCB debugging, component impedance testing and the sorting SMD components.

The integrated SMD probe/measurement head, combined with automatic recognition of measurement modes (R, C, & L) & the range of measurement, allows operator to focus on component under test. As a result, testing, sorting & evaluation of components becomes more efficient and cost effective.

Excelta QR-1001 Corrosion Resistant Cutter and Plier Kit -
Used by Navy 2M Miniature/Microminiature Repair Program

This four piece set of quality hand tools was recently approved for use by the Navy's 2M Miniature/MicroMiniature Electronic Repair Program. The 2M Program provides the tools and techniques required for Navy/Marine Corps electronic repair technicians to perform highly reliable, high quality repairs on complex circuit card assemblies. The Fleet required higher quality/ESD-safe pliers than was available through the stock system and were also concerned about corrosion and rust. Excelta provided a custom Altima Tool Kit and coated the set with black phosphate to prevent corrosion. As a result, all Navy 2M ship and shore sites will eventually be upgraded. And now, you too can own this tool set! Made in the USA, the QR-1001 contains one each of the following in a zip-up case (See Excelta Five Star descriptions below for individual details):
